ATHLETIC DIRECTOR: This is Mrs. Christine Giunta-Mayer's fourth year as acting Athletic Director for St. Petronille School. She is a full time PE/SWIM and Health Teacher at St. Petronille and coaches 8th grade boys volleyball, swimming, and cheerleading. Mrs. Giunta-Mayer and her family have been members of the St. Petronille Parish for over 36 years. She is also the asst. varsity girl's volleyball coach and head varsity boy's volleyball coach at Glenbard West High School. Mrs. Giunta-Mayer has been an educator at St. Petronille School for thirteen years and maintains a bachelor degree from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles in Communications Studies and masters from National-Louis University, Chicago in Education.  She is currently attending the American College of Education and finishing her double masters and Type 75 certification in Educational Leadership. Christine received the “sporting a winning attitude” award from the Illinois High School Association in 2009 for her exemplary job of community service throughout the Village of Glen Ellyn and Wheaton Area.  For more information please call 630-469-5041 ext. 3502 or email giuntac@stpetschool.org
